Order products
Add the products you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. To review a product's detail information, simply click on the product's name. To change any quantity, make your adjustment and click "Update." To remove any product, click "Remove." To continue browsing, click "Continue Shopping."
Step 2: Checkout
You're finished browsing and your Shopping Cart contains everything you want to order, in the correct quantities. It's time to click "Checkout."
Step 3: Sign In
First-Time Customers
In order to have a log-in, you'll be required to provide your name, address, email address, a password, and other basic information. When your account information is complete and correct, click "Submit."
Returning Customers
If you have ordered in the past, you need to input your email address, enter your password and click "Sign In." If you forgot your password, input your email address and we'll send you your password by email. For security reasons, we cannot provide your password over the phone.
Step 4: Shipping Address
Epioneskincare.com will ship your ordered products to one address. We send all shipments via UPS. We'll ship anywhere in the U.S. that UPS will deliver UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or Rural Routes.
Enter your shipping addresses in your Address Book. If no shipping address is saved in your Address Book you will be prompted & automatically directed to enter one during the order checkout process.
Step 5: Shipping Method
Depending on where you are shipping your products, you'll need to tell us which method to use for each of your shipments. Choose Standard, Second Day, or Next Day Delivery. Simply check the corresponding box. When you're finished, click "Submit"

Step 6: Payment Information
Credit Cards
Epioneskincare.com accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, Money Order, and Checks (US dollars only). Make checks payable to Epione Beverly Hills and mail to 444 North Camden Drive, Beverly Hills, CA. Do not forget to add shipping. Orders are processed once checks clear in approximately 10 days. The billing address for the credit card must match the address where that credit card statement is sent. Pay close attention to the accuracy of the address and ZIP fields, as these are used to validate the accuracy of your credit card information.
First-Time Customers
Choose a credit card type, enter a credit card number, expiration date, and name as it appears on the credit card. Tell us which billing address corresponds to this credit card. When the address is complete and correct, click "Continue."
Returning Customers
Either enter a new card or choose from the credit cards you may have already saved. We'll ask you to confirm the billing address we already have on file, choose from your saved addresses or enter a new address. When the address is complete and correct, click "Continue."
Step 7: Submit Your Order
Note: You must press the "Submit Your Order" button to complete and place your order. The Order Summary is your opportunity to review your order and all of its shipments before placing it with Epioneskincare.com. Once you're satisfied that your order is complete and correct, RETAIN THIS PAGE FOR YOUR RECORDS
Step 8: Order Confirmation
Your order will be placed and your credit card authorized in real-time (immediately). Please write down your order number for future reference. If you have questions about your order, we'll be able to help you faster if you have this number on hand. We'll also send a confirmation email that summarizes your order and each time we ship a portion of your order, we'll notify you by email. Remember that you can check the status of your order online -- anytime -- from Your Account.
When you place an order with Epioneskincare.com, we get the order fulfillment process moving right away. So if you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us by phone as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we can't cancel or affect an order once it has entered the shipping process, which happens just a few hours after you place your order. That's why it's important to contact us regarding any problems or changes by phone right away -- before we start to process your order.
